Content Localization at Scale with the NFL, NHL & NBA

Uber had 52 team partnerships across the NFL, NHL and NBA seasons in 2017. Capitalizing on the emotional high leading up to live entertainment events, I led the team in building a substantial repository of 150 dynamic and localized emails. Use cases ranged from kickoff to midseason reengagement––all tapping into our rider’s excitement and the season’s hype.

These campaigns engaged our riders with +average open/click rates, drove stadium trips and increased incremental trips overall.
